VirtualDub 中文绿色版的汉化介绍：

- 若需要支持各种媒体格式的输入，需另行下载 VirtualDub 最新插件汉化包。使得软件几乎能够打开、编辑所有格式的音频（如 AC3、DTS、AAC 等）、视频（如 MPG、MKV、MTS、M2TS、TS、TP、MP4、3GP、FLV、MOV、WMV、ASF、RM、RMVB 等），支持多种文本和图形字幕。这些插件也都已经汉化。

- 若需要自行扩展滤镜的，可在 plugins32 目录下放置32位输入滤镜（*.vdf, *.vdplugin）。

- 原版附带的 auxsetup.exe 安装工具（非必需），无法准确清理注册表，为此增加了“删除VD打开记录.reg”（可清除 VD 打开文件记录）和“删除VD注册表项.reg”两个注册表清理文件。使用过旧版汉化的，请先执行“删除VD注册表项.reg”，清除注册项。

- 保留了英文主文件，并更名为 VirtualDub.en.exe。
